Yoga at St Chad’s


Did you know that you can relax and revitalize your body and mind in gentle yoga classes at St Chad’s?

Since 2010 members of St Chad’s congregation and local residents have joined yoga classes here in the Parish centre.
If you haven’t yet tried a class, I invite you to come and join me and try Yoga with Paula.

I have been teaching yoga since 2006 and am a certified Fitness Leader and Wing Chun (Kung Fu) Instructor. I have a current First Aid certificate.

The St Chad’s parish centre is an ideal venue for yoga, it’s such a peaceful location and the outlook over the courtyard is inspiring , enhancing relaxation.

There are 2 classes each week and everybody is welcome. These classes are especially suitable for those people new to yoga as they are gentle and slow paced.

I firmly believe that everybody can benefit from yoga regardless of age, flexibility or strength; Yoga creates freedom in the body and can provide great relief from the aches and pains that can accumulate from our daily activities.
